Experience first hand how maple syrup and a variety of other maple products are made during the 18th Annual Maple Weekends taking place on March 16 and 17 and March 23 and 24, 2013.  Wohlschegel's Naples Maple Farm, one of the participating maple syrup producers, is located right here in Naples, NY in the beautiful Bristol Hills in the Finger Lakes - Canandaigua region. And, it is less than 5 minutes from Another World Bed and Breakfast.  For those with cabin fever after a long winter, what a perfect time to get away for a weekend in the country.  Taste some of the world's finest maple syrup, maple cream, and maple sugar candy.  Take a walk through a sugarbush, enjoy scenic countryside views, and see how sap is transformed into maple syrup in the sugar house.  Our guests staying with us during Naples Maples Days, will enjoy a complimentary pancake breakfast at Wohlschlegel's in lieu of breakfast at our bed and breakfast one of the days of their stay.  Breakfast at Wohlschlegel's is served from 8 am - 1 pm on March 16, 17, 23 and 24.  Also, teatime at the inn will feature our delicious Frosted Maple Pecan White Chip cookies in keeping with the spirit of the event.

Snow is predicted this week.   Right up the road from Another World Bed and Breakfast in Naples, NY,  the RMSC Cumming Nature Center located on 900 acres offers  15 miles of  groomed trails for classic cross-country skiing and a 3-mile loop for snowshoeing.  Equipment rentals are available.  What a perfect way to get out and enjoy some fresh air in the country and see all the splendor of winter.   Trails are open through March 6.
